Parekh CEO Departures Pattison departs governors group Scott Pattison has stepped down as executive director of the $16M-revenue National Governors Association, and been replaced on an interim basis by Nikki Guilford, NGA director of the office of management consulting and training. Pattison joined NGA in December 2015. Previously, he was director of the National Association of State Budget Officers for more than 14 years. He has a law degree from the University of Virginia.
